City Hall is located at 82 Court Square. It houses the Mayor, the City Clerk, Utility Billing, and Administrative Services. City Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
Paying your utility bill
You can pay online, at the drive-thru window or the drop box in the drive-thru, or in person. Utilities disconnected for non-payment must be paid in full to be reconnected. Payment due dates and late penalties are printed on your bill; call Utility Billing with questions.
